The Company pursues an opportunistic strategy to exploit the pricing difference between rents for floors or whole buildings on long leases to single corporate occupiers and those for shorter occupations of individual rooms.

The Company employs Citibase Limited – The Property Manager for the New Economy to source and manage the customers for its space leaving the Company to deal with the more robust requirements of ‘old economy’ landlord tenant relationships.

The Company is actively seeking new opportunities to add to its portfolio. These could be:

  • Existing trading serviced office centres
  • Assignment of leases of fitted out space
  • Opportunistic leases on development sites
